The Answers You Need
What should I expect during my cleaning appointment?
I get to work as soon as I arrive once you show me what needs to be cleaned. It takes approximately 1 hour to thoroughly clean a room so you can hang around while the cleaning is in progress or you can step out, but you will need to be present once the cleaning is done in order to check our work and sign us off as a satisfied customer.
Do  I need to be here while cleaning is in progress?
No but you do have to be there once we are done in order to inspect the work and sign us off as a satisfied customer
How long is the cleaning appointment?
It depends on how many rooms need to be cleaned. Each room takes approximately 1 hour
What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept cash and payments via Cash app ($EbonyCleanersLLC)
Can IÂ schedule a same day appointment?
Sure and we will be glad to accommodate if we have availability
Which areas of the DMV do you service?
Because we usually use metro for the majority of our trips in order to avoid hassles with parking, etc, we only service areas of the DMV that are metro accessible.
Is there anything I should be aware of?
We would prefer you use your own brooms and vaccuums for the cleaning. We can provide our own but some houses we clean have pets and though we clean our vacuums after every cleaning, we cannot be sure that using it at a home that may be potentially allergic to pets is a good idea so we prefer not to take that chance.
Can I schedule Ebony Cleaners for more than one cleaning appointments?
Sure. We are here at your service whenever you need us! We just ask that you please give us a 24 hour heads up if you have to cancel the cleaning appointment
